This is an online razoring masterclass with top educator, Tom Connell, the hair art director at Davines. Tom Connell restyles a model’s hair from start to finish, with no prior work being done beforehand. The purpose of this demonstration is to educate on how a razor can be used in a technical way but at the same time allowing feeling and instinct to dictate the shape and direction of the cut.

After working at Trevor Sorbie’s for over 10 years (as artistic director), Tom Connell has moved into a new role at Davines, as the hair art director for the company. In this role, Tom Connell educates hairstylists all over the world, plays a leading part in creating photographic collections as well as international hair shows.
